Exhibition news !!

I have a show in June in the exhibition space at the Playhouse in Noriwch which runs for the whole month. I have some big plans for this show and will be creating brand new exciting work it so keep an eye out for any more news

Clutter City

My self, the rest of the 0nineHUNDRED and are good friend Jizzelle Illustration had a stall selling are zines at a D.I.Y. market in Norwich called clutter city. We also did some live drawing for the event. Thank you for everyone who came down !!!

Shopart Live

Shopart Live was a massive success. So many people came to have a look and it was a super fun day. We got some amazing feed back from the installation room as well as are exhibition up stairs. SHhhh! art collective

The 11 Artists Project. No.5

This months featured artists are Guy Jarrett and Liam Clark

Their exhibition and collection will be launched this Sunday at the Shop Art Live event, shown above.

Shop Art is a project run by The Norwich Art Centre and is funded by the Norwich City Council.

The Project aims to:

• Encourage the uptake of empty shops in the city.
• Use empty shops creatively to create a positive perception among businesses, local people and visitors.
• Raise the profile of local artists and art and cultural activity.
• Provide opportunities for both emerging and established artists to take part and sell and market their work.
• Cultivate collaboration and networking between people in the local cultural community.
• Develop the city’s profile as a city of culture.
• Establish a framework for the future use of empty premises.

This is the first collaborative collection for the 11 Artists Project and as always, will display yet another unique selection of clothing, prints and artwork.

SHhhh! art collective

It is an art collective and clothing company. We are in the middle of the 11 artist project so every month a artist designs t shirts and other little products. I am doing a colab month with artist and good friend Liam Clark. The t shirts and other products will be released at the end of this month. i am not going give to much away so look out for these t shirts. the SHhhh! blog is here

Skatebords !!!!!!

I will be getting my hands on some blank cruises to paint on. These babies were made in the 80’s and still brand new. The holes for the trunks haven’t even been drilled yet. I will drawing up some designs for these in the next couple of days. SKULLS I think. i cant wait for the hight of summer so i can bomb hills on these. I will be posting photo’s of these when they are done!!!!!!

New work !!!

I have been super busy in the studio this week. Finally i could get back in there after lots of running round sorting stuff out. I also have an exhibition on the 27 of this month in ShopArtLive. It should be a good day !!!!

i am also doing t shirt and other little bits for a clothing company which will be launching at the end of this month so keep an eye out for that to !!!

SHhhh! clothing

its now the 4 month for the shhh art collective and clothing project. this artist was Mat Musk. With his old school style of drawing has created some very rad designs for the t shirts. My self and another artist Liam Clark helped curate the exhibition. we have hung a show in this space before but i feel this show was better than the first one. i think the work really worked in this space.

Norwich Zine market

The first ever Norwich Zine Market was a massive hit. We meet so many rad people and thank you for all coming down and every body who contributed and a massive thank you to Cherry Cherry for having us !!!!!

I am part running and featuring in the first ever Norwich Zine Market.

Its on the 12th February in Norwich UK at a shop called Cherry Cherry

its now January so its the 3rd artist in the 11 mouth project for shhh clothing. the artist is StephanMellor with some amazing college work mixing old imagery with new design techniques. This mouth shhh manage to get stew gallery in Norwich for the exhibition. this was amazing as it is a fully running gallery space and a chance for me and my other curating partner Liam Clark to test are skills in curating. With us and Mellor working closely we manage to produce a really good show. there wasn't much art work to hang but we found away of filling the whole space mixing the clothing in with the art work. the show was a massive hit and many people came to the private view.
